my youngest got second in her age group and chicked this boy at the line after running hard for the last mile.
my middle daughter ran with my wife the whole time, keeping her motivated. she wouldn't let mom give up.
my eldest daughter had a great 10K. she ran hard and ended with a personal best time of just over an hour.
my wife, who really started all this running stuff, finished with her best 5K time ever. she beat her old record by 15 seconds, finishing at 34:01.
i ran my 10K as well as i could considering the weather conditions and ended with a personal best time of 53:38.
