i could not push it this morning. my right hamstring was sore and my right hip seized up a bit from time to time. i'm telling you, running 50K is hard on the body even if you walk a lot. i spun myself out to the top of drouhard hill and back. that was all i had in me at 5:30. i drug myself back home and ate breakfast. (9.97 miles @ 13.3mph)
